When students click on their registration email and register their account for the first time, they accept the Practera Terms and Conditions. If you require additional terms to be accepted, you can achieve that by adding a very first assessment which unlocks the rest of the content after agreeing to the terms.

Create an assessment with your terms as the description and add it as the only thing in a first milestone. The assessment has only one multiple choice question with yes or no.

Create an achievement that is awarded if the assessment question is answered with "yes"

Lock or hide all other milestones until the achievement is earned.

This way, students won't be able to progress until they have accepted your terms.
